What we collect

If you submit the form on this site we receive your name, phone number, email address and whatever you write in the message. If you call us we keep a record of the enquiry. That is the whole list — we do not run advertising trackers or sell data to anyone.

What we do with it

We use it to call you back and to provide the service you asked about. For clients, we keep the technical and billing records needed to support you. We do not sell or rent contact details, ever.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your colour-theme preference is stored locally in your own browser and never leaves your device. The in-house-versus-outsourcing calculator runs entirely in your browser — the numbers you type are not sent anywhere.

Client data

Where we hold or access data on your systems under a support agreement, that access is governed by that agreement. We access client systems only to deliver support, and staff access is limited to what a task requires.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry records are kept while there is a live prospect and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us to delete your details at help@itsupportchicago.com and we will.
